What the www.myditek.com website does with your data. The app.mdtk.io platform, reserved for customers, has its own policy (app.mdtk.io/confidentialite).

What we receive
Only what you write in the contact form: your last name and email address and, if you provide them, your first name, phone number, farm or organisation, territory, town, subject and message.
Cookies and audience measurement
If you accept it in the banner, the website measures its traffic with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): pages viewed, duration, referral source, device type, country and approximate city. Measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_…) are then set for 13 months at most. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and advertising signals are disabled. Legal basis: your consent. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Statistics are kept for 14 months at most. If you decline, nothing is loaded from Google.
Your choice is kept for 6 months in a website cookie (“consentement”) used for nothing else; you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. No other cookies, no advertising or social network tools. Fonts are served by the website itself.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your request and, if it concerns a project, to follow it up (quote, appointment, installation). Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6 GDPR).
Who sees it
The MYDITEK staff in charge of answering you. The data is hosted in the European Union by OVH SAS. A notice of your request is sent to MYDITEK by email, through our email provider based in the European Union. Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
How long
Three years after your last contact, after which it is deleted. If you become a customer, it joins your customer file and follows the platform's policy.
Security and visit counting
To slow down robots, the server counts form submissions per IP address, in an encrypted form that cannot be traced back to the address, deleted after 24 hours. The server's technical logs (IP address, page requested, referring page, browser, time) are used for its security and to count visits to the website: of these counts, we only keep figures per day (visits, pages viewed, referral source), with no IP address and no cookie. The logs themselves are deleted after 11 days at most.
Videos
YouTube videos only load if you click the play button, from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube (Google) then receives your IP address and may set its own trackers: its privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, ask for its restriction or a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time: write to contact@myditek.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
